Maintaining good health is more than just making sure you take care of your physical health with regular check-ups, preventative care, and a healthy lifestyle. Good healthcare also refers to mental health and making sure you and your loved ones are able to cope well with life’s challenges. That’s why a key component of Community Health Connections is our mental health facilities.
At our CHC mental health facilities we provide a comprehensive set of mental health services, including diagnostics and therapies to help our patients overcome:
- Bipolar disorder
- Substance abuse
We offer a wide range of therapies to treat individuals ages five and up, including individual, group, and couples/family therapy. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach at our mental health facilities. Our team of highly experienced and compassionate therapists and psychiatric providers are skilled at providing the right level of care and services to meet the individual requirements of the patients they’re working with. They work closely with our medical care providers to ensure that our patients’ full range of physical and mental health care needs is met efficiently and effectively. Currently psychiatric services are available to patients 18 and older, but soon we will also be offering child psychiatry services soon.
If you’re a current patient – or considering becoming one — at one of our CHC locations in Gardner, Leominster, Acton, or we invite you to check out our mental health facilities. We think you’ll be impressed with the people, the services, and the quality of care you’ll find there
