Mission Our mission is to provide high quality, comprehensive medical and mental health care, preventive and restorative dental care and pharmacy services to all residents of the Greater Gardner area responsive to a culturally diverse population, without regard to income, insurance status or past medical history; and to participate in health care training programs.

If you are uninsured or underinsured we offer Health Safety Net or a sliding fee based on your household income and family size. Our Patient Care Service Department is available to counsel you regarding your eligibility and financial assistance.
