Community Health Connections works with various schools and institutions of higher learning to offer clinical experience within the unique care environment that our community health center provides.

Family Nurse Practitioner Residency Program

The post-graduate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) residency at Community Health Connections offers the opportunity for professional development and additional skills training in a community health center.

This 24-month program prepares FNPs to meet the needs of the culturally diverse and clinically complex patients commonly seen in a community health center practice. To learn more, click here. If you are interested in applying, email hr@chcfhc.org.

Dental Residency Program

Each year New York University’s Langone Health System Dental Residency Program sends dentists to Fitchburg Community Health Center to further their training. These dentists use their skills helping to care for patients while learning about the daily operations of a busy dental practice.
