Fitchburg, MA – Community Health Connections (CHC), the only federally qualified health center serving North Central Massachusetts, welcomes John A. Dadah O.D. to its Optometry Department in Fitchburg.
Dr. John Dadah has been practicing Optometry for 27 years all across Massachusetts, including Leominster and Worcester. Dr. Dadah has worked in private practice as well as hospital settings focusing on both full scope and primary eye care. He will begin seeing patients at CHC this month.
Dr. Dadah’s arrival will increase CHC’s capacity for patient visits at a time when CHC’s Optometry services – which include an in-house Optical Shop – are in high demand. “We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Dadah to CHC. He is already familiar with the community and provides an incredible amount of eye care experience along with compassionate care to our growing number of patients,” stated CHC’s Senior Optometrist, Dr. Andrea Carr.
The Optometry Department is not just growing in size and seeing more patients, it is also expanding its outreach with the community. January is National Glaucoma Awareness Month and Optometry has been sharing information about this common yet often unchecked disease on CHC’s Facebook page. “Raising awareness is the first step to a healthier community,” Dr. Carr said, “and we are all about helping our community.”
