CHC professionals are committed to delivering excellent health care that are convenient, compassionate and respectful. Building upon those standards of excellence, the Fitchburg Community Health Center will continue to combine the best in health care delivery with exceptional medical training, while strengthening and improving our facilities, services and programs to match the quality of care that we provide.

To meet our current and future challenges to serve the growing number of individuals and families accessing health care services in an environment with shrinking numbers of primary care physicians, and to sustain our commitment to the highest standard of are, we are seeking to raise $7,000,000 to enhance and expand our services and facilities. A primary focus of the campaign is the construction of a new addition to expand our ability provide effective, efficient, high quality medical care and to continue our commitment to function as a UMass Family Medicine Residency site.

New construction and renovations will enable us to:

• Provide the Best Quality of Patient Care
• Expanding Our Medical Capacity
• Create an Improved State of the Art Family Medicine Residency Program
• Expand the Capacity of our Dental Services
• Add On-site Specialty Services
